    Mustafizur Rahman is the founder of Blue Elephant. The name was given by his wife Samantha Jia though. They decided to bring some authentic Thai food and atmosphere to the community after 12 years of cooking and serving experience in Thai food on their first year anniversary. Mustafizur and Samantha fell in love at first sight in a Thai Restaurant in town. They both have passion for bringing Bangkok into Halifax Community and use their experiences to take you on a culinary journey, the Thai way. Blue Elephant stays true to the culinary culture and influences of Thailand which allow you to choose from a variety of unique dishes, from the past, present and future of Thailand’s gastronomic culture.
